App Store screenshot size checker
Drop your screenshots to see which App Store device class each one fits, whether Google Play accepts it and whether a hidden alpha channel will get it rejected.
How it works
01
Drop one or more PNG or JPEG files.
02
Read the result for each file: device class, Play status and alpha channel.
03
Fix anything flagged, or resize it with the free resizer.
Questions
Usually the size is not one of Apple's accepted sizes, or the file has an alpha channel. PNGs exported from design tools often have one even when they look opaque. Saving as JPEG removes it.
The tool reads the color type from the PNG file header. A PNG with an RGBA or gray-alpha color type is flagged even if every pixel is opaque.
