Agreement

Shotcat is operated by Livenlabs, Uzbekistan. By using Shotcat you agree to these terms. Contact: hello@shotcat.app.

Accounts

An account is needed to export. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you must be old enough to enter this agreement where you live.

Free plan and purchases

The free plan exports with a small shotcat.app tag. A Launch Pack is a one-time purchase that removes the tag for one app, in every language and format, including later updates of that app. Lifetime is a one-time purchase that removes the tag for all your apps for as long as Shotcat operates. Paid plans also include AI captions and taps, subject to fair daily limits.

Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, which also handles taxes and invoices.

Refunds

Launch Packs and Lifetime are digital goods delivered immediately, so sales are final once a pack has been applied to a project or a tag-free export has been made.

We refund on request in two cases: a Launch Pack you have not used, within 14 days of purchase, or a fault on our side that stops you exporting and that we cannot fix. Write to hello@shotcat.app. This does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

Your content

Your screenshots, recordings and exported files stay yours, and you may use exports commercially. You confirm you have the rights to what you put into Shotcat. Device models and frames are provided for presenting your app, and store rules for your listings remain your responsibility.

Acceptable use

Do not break the law with Shotcat, try to bypass its limits or licences, disrupt the service, or resell it as your own.

The service

Shotcat is provided as is. We work to keep it running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or that app stores will accept any given asset. AI output can be wrong, so review it before publishing. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using Shotcat at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without limiting mandatory consumer protections where you live. If they change, we update this page and the date above.
