Questions
Apple's limit is 100 bytes, not 100 characters. Latin letters take one byte, while accented letters, Cyrillic and CJK take two or more, so localized keyword fields run out sooner.
App Store: name and subtitle 30 characters, keywords 100 bytes, promotional text 170 characters, description 4,000. Google Play: name 30, short description 80, full description 4,000.
